Is the Collective only for women?
The Conscious eCommerce Collective is made just for women, femmes, nonbinary-people, and anyone who identifies as a woman. We welcome all ages, races, ethnicities, disabilities, and sexual orientations of women + femmes. The only exception to this rule is if you are a Premium Member and you are granting program access to a male right-hand team member.
Why? This decision was made out of a desire to cultivate a community that is intentionally inclusive and safe for women.
The reality is that women - especially those at the intersection of other marginalized identities - are underrepresented in business in general and especially in entrepreneurship. Many of us have faced very real threats to our physical and emotional safety in other business and entrepreneurship spaces.
Here at Hypema'am we know that learning does not happen if you feel unsafe or unheard, so the Conscious eCommerce Collective is for women + femmes only.
I'm already so busy - how could I possibly have time for this?

What if I'm expecting a major life event during my 12 months (new baby, big move, etc)?
First of all, congratulations! Second of all, that's no problem at all.
As a chronically ill twin mom and entrepreneur, I know better than most the importance of giving yourself time and space before you're ready to dive in with this kind of work. I myself took the year my boys were born to coast in the business, and I hit the ground running the next year.
We allow for membership pauses of up to 3 months, and we make sure you're set up for success going into and coming out of your leave. We might just send you a care package or check in on you 😉
And when you come back, you'll have a whole group of Hypema'ams ready to hold space for you and cheer you on in this new phase of life.
