Fairy Marketing Mother

You need a partner who translates the big dogs' "best practices" for indie brands.

Meet My Method

The kind who runs the strategy with you, and makes your ad creative for you.

I coach you through the part worth owning - your numbers, your offers, your whole marketing system - until you can decode what's working and why.

My team takes creative off your plate.

Under today's algorithm, it's the #1 thing that determines results - and far too important to wing on a rushed afternoon with some old b-roll.

And we optimize your ads, website, and email to pull in the same direction - so the traffic you pay for actually turns into sales.

Part strategist, part creative team, part hype woman who'll also give it to you straight.

Let me guess...

You're already running ads - or you've tried, more than once.

They're either quietly draining your cash or stuck at a meh ROAS that won't move, and you can't quite put your finger on why.

Or maybe you haven't really started yet, because you refuse to spend money on something you don't understand at all (honestly, good call).

You've probably taken an e-course, and felt like you were walking blindfolded through a haunted house. Maybe you tried an agency that gave you mediocre creative, an analytics dashboard, and a shrug. You've almost assuredly tried boosting an Instagram post that got great organic engagement only to get complete crickets as an ad.

Or maybe the worst version, the one nobody puts in a testimonial: you handed it off, paid a real retainer for months, and got worse numbers than you were getting yourself.

Here's what I need you to know: you didn't do anything wrong.

You did what any smart, busy founder does - followed the easiest-to-find advice, and put in the work.

You just still can't tell what's standing between you and ads that actually pay off - because no one ever taught you to read your own numbers.

And you're not about to keep guessing with real money on the line.

That's not a you problem.

So, your ads aren't working?

Here's what no course and no agency ever walks you through: it's rarely just one thing. Usually your ad creative is weaker than it needs to be AND the system underneath it is leaking - and you can't tell which, because no one ever taught you to read your own numbers.

Here's where it's actually breaking, often in more than one place at once.

Your ad creative.

Most people assume a "good" Meta ad is just a boosted version of a nice organic post (and btw, we do more than Meta, but I find most misconceptions start here).

That couldn't be further from the truth. In the now-times of the new Meta Andromeda algorithm, five variations of essentially the same ad share one ticket to the auction, killing your reach. Different products aren't different concepts. Neither are videos vs. carousels.

Real ad creative is built on purpose to be something the algorithm can read and reward, which makes it the single highest-leverage input in your account - and the one most founders treat as an afterthought.

Your other marketing systems.

Ads don't conjure demand from thin air - they turn up the volume on everything underneath them, starting with your website and your email.

When those are built to convert, every dollar works harder; when they're not, you're paying to send hard-won traffic somewhere that can't catch it.

Your choice of platform(s).

Most people throw everything at Meta without asking whether Meta is even where their buyer is - or how that buyer actually decides to buy.

Sometimes it's the right call; sometimes it's not, or at least not the right first call.

Between Meta, Pinterest, and Google, the right starting line depends on your buyer, your goals, and your cash flow.

Your analytics fluency.

And one other thing that ties all the rest together: no one ever taught you to read your own numbers.

So when something's off, you can't tell which layer it is - which is what keeps you guessing, and dependent on whoever's running the show.

None of this is a discipline problem. It's a diagnosis problem - the exact thing courses skip and agencies hide.

The right platform, creative the algorithm actually rewards, a system ready to convert, and the fluency to read it all yourself: that's when the spend finally compounds instead of disappears.

Most ad "advice" is an ill-fitting hand-me-down from a massive brand

Most ad strategy floating around is based on what works for big brands with massive catalogs and deep pockets.

Trying to borrow the "popular" strategies doesn't work when you're spending less than $1,000 per platform per day.

  • They assume a full-time team handling your creative.
  • They assume a 6-figure monthly budget.
  • They assume a deep catalog or a generic, "scalable service."
  • They assume your ideal customers are equivalent to any Target shopper.

I stay obsessively current on ads best practices, but I translate them into what actually works at your scale.

Plenty of agencies run their own ads. But they only need a few new clients each quarter. You need volume, every month, at a margin that works.

Bright Body — my own product brand — needs ads to produce real sales at a real margin, on a budget that doesn't compare to the big dogs. So every play I hand you got tested against the same pressure you're under.

I never preach something I don't practice myself.

Why You, Specifically?

So here's the fix

There are two kinds of work in your marketing: the part worth owning forever, and the part worth handing to an expert who's already put in the years.

Courses dump both on you, most agencies hide both from you. I split them on purpose.

You're not starting from scratch, and neither am I. Before I touch your account we do the differentiation work — who your buyers actually are, what only your brand can say, and which of your existing assets are already proving something.

Done-with-you | your strategy and your analytics.

We build and optimize your strategy side by side - across your ads, your website, and your email, as one system.

I teach you to actually read your own numbers, so you can see which lever to pull and why.

Done-for-you | your ad creative.

Ad creative is a craft and a moving target: what the algorithm rewarded last year gets throttled this year, and getting genuinely good at it takes years most founders don't have.

So my team brings the years I've already put in - concept-driven creative, built for how the algorithm works right now - while your brand, your voice, and your story stay aligned.

Your creative covers the channels we're running: five new pieces per platform, per month, on Meta and Pinterest.

If your ads saturate faster than that, we scope more together.

And your website and email? They get the same strategic eyes - we make sure they're ready to convert before we ever turn up the spend (want them fully built or rebuilt for you, too? That's an add-on we can talk about).

Why work with me?

I'm not a former corporate marketer who made an agency.

I've spent nearly a decade building and scaling Bright Body - my own self-funded product brand.

Every strategy I hand you, I've already paid to learn, with my own money, sweat, and tears. My ear is to the ground on everything I'm teaching because I'm in the trenches right next to you.

I refuse to ignore the other systems that determine if your ads will work.

Ads that ignore your website and email will never give you the most juice for the squeeze - you're just pouring expensive traffic into a leaky bucket.

So I work the whole system: the ads that bring people in, the site that converts them, the email that keeps them coming back. That's where the real money lives - and it's exactly what most traditional agencies leave on the table.

I won't force you to marry Meta ads.

Most traditional agencies focus on one platform, and most commonly it's Meta. The problem is: Meta isn't always the right move, or at least the right first move.

Between Meta, Pinterest, and Google, there's a platform (or two) that can take you where you want to go.

But it's a matter of choosing the right place to start and knowing when and how to layer. I'll help you decide which platform is best for your goals, your customers, your cash flow, and your capacity.

This is for you if...

This is NOT for you if...

You have a proven product or offer

You've got real momentum, and you're ready to turn things up. You understand that ads are an investment that generates revenue, and you average ~$200K/year in gross sales.

You don't want to think about marketing at all.

That's not how I work. My ultimate goal is to make you fluent in your own marketing, so that requires that you are an active participant in your strategy.

You're ready to make friends with numbers.

If you can do arithmetic, you can understand your analytics (even if it scares you). There's absolutely no way to make good decisions about marketing without knowing your numbers.

Every dollar out feels like a dollar gone.

I'm not the cheapest option, but the bigger issue is the mindset itself: ads aren't an expense, they're a revenue-generator.

You know your ideal customer inside and out.

Or you're ready to get clear on it. That might mean a customer survey, a small focus group, or DMing your most loyal customers.

You want ads to work immediately.

Ads compound marketing systems that are already working, so we have to spend time (usually 4-6 weeks) optimizing messaging, website, and email before we get to ads.

You're ready to hand off creative to a team of experts.

My team and I spend hours deeply understanding your brand and your ideal customer to make exceptional creative. If handing that off feels impossible, this will be tough.

You want a yes-woman.

I'm your hype woman and your reality check, sometimes in the same breath. If you're not open to coaching, we won't get far.

Not FMM-ready yet? Let's get you there.

Help Me Get To Fairy Marketing Mother

The proof is in the platforms

1000% increase in bestseller sales

Most of my clients here weren't running ads at all before we started. One now maintains an average 3X ROAS, and grew her bestseller's sales by 1,000% from Meta alone.

Grew a client's ROAS from 4X to 11X

They had spent the 3 months prior working with one of Pinterest's in-house experts. Within 90 days of my optimizations, they nearly tripled their ROAS.

Within 25% of goal in 3 months

ROAS alone is a vanity metric for Google - a big return on a tiny spend means nothing. The real craft is profitable return at volume that grows the business. As the slowest-to-scale platform, approaching goal in 3 months is fast.

Hitting your goals isn't manifestation or magic. It's just math.

A 7-figure client came to me wanting to be up 30 to 35% for Black Friday.

I pulled their cost per acquisition on every platform. I pulled the conversion data from every email campaign they'd ever sent. Then I worked backwards to a Meta + Pinterest + email plan built to land on a specific number.

We hit 35% on the nose.

That's what I mean when I say your ads, your site, and your email are one system.

And by the end of our time together, you'll know how to do it.

Where we learn, strategize, optimize, and scale together, and you build a marketing brain you keep for good.

  • Done-for-you creative

  • Full ad account management

On your channel(s): build, launch, prune, optimize, scale.

FAQs

Is Fairy Marketing Mother only for women?

While I developed Hypema'am offerings with women, femmes, nonbinary people, and anyone who identifies as a woman top of mind, we work with men, too. You just need to be ready + eager to learn from a strong woman 😅 who knows her sh*t.

Can I just make my own ad creative and get a lower rate?

Short answer: no — and it's honestly not about the money.

Nowadays, creative is where campaigns are won or lost, so it's the one piece I need to own to guarantee you the best results.

When my team makes your creative, I can stand behind every result in your account. When it's split, nobody can. You're still essential to the process — you'll send raw footage and product shots each month (it's in our contract), and your voice, brand, and story stay 100% yours.

But concepting, production, and optimizing for the algorithm stay with us.

And if you genuinely love making your own creative? That's a real skill — it just means FMM isn't your product. My audits and VIP Days are built for exactly that.

What if I don't have a "proven" product or offer?

If your offer is still unproven, we can absolutely work together — I'll just be straight with you that it tends to take 2–3x longer to reach ads that convert, because we're building from scratch instead of pouring fuel on something that already sells.

Do you ever accept service business owners as Fairy Marketing Mother partners?

While all other Hypema'am offerings are tailored only for product entrepreneurs, I accept select service business owners as Fairy Marketing Mother partners.

If you're a service business entrepreneur interested in working with me, please book a call to discuss if we'd be the right fit!

What if I have a team member I'd like to join in?

No problem! Feel free to include one team member, included in your package. If you would like to grant access and all supports for two or more additional team members to the Fairy Marketing Mother partnership, we charge an additional $500 per month for all packages.

Please note that this option is only available for people within the same business and is not meant to be shared between 2 different businesses.

I'm already so busy, how could I possibly have time for this?

The beauty of Fairy Marketing Mother is that your work here becomes your entire marketing to-do list. How? Because the success of your ads strategy is interdependent with ALL your marketing systems, and ultimately this is about holistic marketing support.

How do you schedule the monthly calls?

As a Fairy Marketing Mother partner, you will get one 1:1 call with me each month. We schedule based on our mutual availability and they recur on the same schedule for the duration of your contract. If you need to reschedule calls, please make sure to do so within 48 hours.

How many partners do you work with each month?

I work with no more than 5 Fairy Marketing Mother partners per month, and slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

While being tech-savvy can give you a leg up when it comes to ads, it's certainly not a prerequisite. The #1 thing you need is an openness to learn and willingness to be uncomfortable as you try new things.

How much do I need to be prepared to spend in ads?

As the minimum spend floor for Meta, you need to be prepared to set daily spend at (target CPA x 30) / 7. Why? Because Meta needs a certain number of your goal event within a 7 day attribution window in order to exit learning mode and become predictably profitable.

For Google, spend usually starts quite low, more like $10-15 per day, and Pinterest can start as low as $50. It all depends on your business, your AOV, your margins, your goals, your platforms, and more. I'm not going to give you a blanket number because that serves no one.

If that feels scary, I strongly recommend getting a working capital loan or line of credit to take the cash flow pressure off — if you get stuck in financial fear, you are guaranteed to make bad decisions about your ads.

What (and when) should I expect for ROI?

When it comes to your evergreen campaigns, depending on your average item price, average order value, the quality of your ad creative, and the efficacy of your marketing systems + strategies as a whole, you can likely expect a Marketing Efficiency Ratio (blended ROI) of 3 to 6+ within 3 months. That means that ad spend will account for 17% to 33% of your gross revenue as your gross revenue increases through ads.

Another important element when considering ROI is not just the ad spend to achieve one purchase, but your cost to acquire a new customer (CAC) vs. your customer lifetime value (CLTV). Depending on your business, your products, your marketing strategy, and your returning customer rate, ratio can have a wide range from as low as 1:3 to 1:10+. We optimize your systems for CLTV before ever setting ads live.
